I heard the other day on the news that the Maldives government actually held a cabinet meeting underwater. It was a government PR stunt to bring into the world’s attention on the plight of global warming and the rising sea level. Since the entire nation is only 7 feet above sea level, the Maldives would be the first go to down should the polar ice caps completely melt.
